On Friday, April 5, 2019, the Lebanon Board of Selectmen filed court documents with the Town Clerk's office formally recognizing the Town's ownership of three municipal parcels on the Lebanon Green. These parcels include the land on which the Town Hall, Department of Public Works garage, and the Jonathan Trumbull Library sit.

The documents were filed following an appeal window based on the ruling of Judge Harry Calmar who granted the town ownership of the three parcels on Friday, March 15, 2019.
