The Town of Lebanon has hired Vision Government Solutions to perform the state mandated revaluation for October 1, 2018. Vision has 5 data collectors performing interior and exterior inspections starting late November 2017 – October 2018. Homeowners are encouraged to ask for identification. Effective January 2, 2018, the Town Clerk’s Office will open to the public at 9:00 a.m. until further notice.
The Public Works Department is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of town roads, bridges and public property, and for providing snow/ice removal and sanding of town roads during inclement winter weather. The Public Works Departments assists other town departments/agencies in preparation of large scale public events including the annual Memorial Day Parade, Summer Dancefest and Tree Lighting. Together with the Highway Mechanic, they maintain all equipment and vehicles owned by the Public Works Department as well as the senior transport vans managed by the Commission on Aging.
