Resident State Trooper - Collin Konow The Resident Trooper's office is located at the Fire Safety Complex, 23 Goshen Hill Road, Lebanon. This office is not manned 24 hours per day. When the Resident Trooper is off duty, coverage is provided by Troop K in Colchester or by our local constables. Troop K's non-emergency number is 860-465-5400. Lebanon Police The Lebanon Police force consists of part time Constables working under the direct supervision of the Resident Trooper. Constables supplement Resident Trooper and Troop K patrols, and perform traffic and security duties at many local functions. The Constables have full police authority.
